Joost Berndes studied photography at the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague. After obtaining his bachelors degree he spent several years assisting top photographers in the field of stills and location photography.

Eventually he started his studio in the east of Holland and continued to gain experience on location and studio-productions for various national and international cliënts. Over the years Joost has developed a keen eye and refined photographic style and thoroughly enjoys applying this to a broad range of work as shown on this website.
